How far are we on ensuring access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all? How do we reach the national goal of a 70% greenhouse gas reduction as compared to the 1990 level?
These were the question which were tackled in the first edition of the SDG Talks, broadcasted on our social media on the 14th of May. Mikkel Bosack Simonsen, who is the Co-founder of the company Energy Modelling Lab, gave a macroperspective on our current and future energy systems. He has been engaged in the 2018 and 2019 political discussions on energy strategies in Denmark with the idea of making open data and results on webpages, such as https://energiaftalen.tokni.com/. He is also sharing his insight on the path forward to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions. Watch the video below, and broaden your understanding of the subject!
